107學年度第二學期學生宿舍退宿申請及床位候補公告(Application for Dormitory Check-out and Dorm Vacancies)

107第二學期開始(2/1)後辦理退宿者,恕無法辦理107-2宿舍費退費。 

主旨:107學年度第二學期學生宿舍退宿申請床位候補 事宜。

公告事項:

一、申請退宿

(一)本校宿舍床位申請後需住滿一學年,不得中途退宿。如因個人因素(休退轉學及出國交換、外地實習生除外)需申請

      住宿一學期者,應補繳「學期定價」(學年定價之75%計算)住宿費用差額(即學年定價之25%),詳細說明可參閱

    【逢甲大學住宿服務中心網站-住宿費定價】。

(二)107學年度第2學期欲退宿者 (含休退轉學、出國交換、外地實習、個人因素等)

       1.申請時間:請提前於2018年12月3日(一)至2019年1月14日(一)上班時間至住宿服務中心辦理退宿申請。

       2.退宿時間:於2019年1月25日(五)前完成退宿手續(檢查寢室、繳交房卡等)。

           2月1日起未完成退宿手續者視為續住,仍須繳交第二學期住宿費用,不得異議。

(三)各狀況退宿申請應備文件:

     1. 休退轉學─休退學申請書(請至教務處註課組領取)。

     2. 出國交換、外地實習─退宿申請表、錄取通知書(正影本)。

     3. 個人因素─退宿申請表、家長同意書(需補繳學期差價)。

二、申請床位候補

(一) 本校包租宿舍(台逢、翰林、寶贊)仍有空床位,欲申請床位的同學,請於2019年1月14日(一)前上班時間,來電詢問

       或親至住宿服務中心辦公室辦理床位候補登記。

(二) 候補原則:住宿服務中心將依據釋放床位數及登記先後順序進行候補作業。

(三) 107學年度第2學期住宿期限:2019年2月10日(日)至8月25日中午12時

Purpose: 2018 Academic Year 2nd Semester Application for Dormitory Check-out and Dorm Vacancies.

Announcement:

I.Check-out

1.After checking in, approved students are required to live for one year base. Switching the stay from two semesters to

   one semester, you have to follow the steps below.

   A. you have to go through the procedure for moving out from the school dormitory before 25 Jan, 2019.

   B. You have to summit the application to the Housing Service Center from December 3, 2018 to January 14, 2019.

   C. Late application will not be accepted (After February 1,2019), your 2nd semester housing fee still must be paid.

2.Due to personal reason (except suspension or termination of studies, international academic exchange or field

   internship), you have to pay the difference of the【One Semester Housing Rates】(75% of Academic Year

   Housing Rates) in case that you move out of the school dormitory in the 2nd semester.

4.Required Documents

(1) Suspension or termination of study - Application for suspension or termination of studies (from Division of registration).

(2)   International Academic Exchange or Field Internship - Application Form for Dormitory Check-out, Acceptance letter

       (original and original copy)

(3)   Personal reason - Application Form for Dormitory Check-out, Parents' Agreement.

II.Dorm Vacancies

1.Student dormitory bed is available for 2018 Academic Year 2nd Semester. If any accommodations are needed, please

   contact Housing Service Center before January 14, 2019.

2.We'll arrange accommodations according to vacancies and registration order of priority.

3.Duration : From February 10, 2019 to August 25, 2019  12:00 noon.
